Shipping & delivery
How and when your order reaches you.

Dispatch times
Ready-to-ship items leave us in 3–5 working days. Made-to-measure suits are cut to your order and take 12–16 working days before dispatch.
Every product page shows its own dispatch window, and your confirmation email repeats it.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on orders over $199 within the United States.
Below that threshold, and for international destinations, the cost is calculated at checkout from the delivery address and the weight of the parcel — you see the exact figure before you pay.
Where we ship
We ship across the United States and internationally.
Import duties and taxes on international orders are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility. We cannot calculate them in advance.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is collected. You can also see it under Your account → Orders.
If something goes wrong
If a parcel is late, damaged or missing, contact us and we will chase the carrier — you should not have to. Report damage within 7 days of delivery so we can claim against the carrier.
