What we collect, why, and what we never do with it.

What we collect
To fulfil an order: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number, and the contents of your order.
If you create an account: the above, plus your saved addresses, order history, wishlist and any measurement profiles you store.
Automatically: basic technical information such as your browser and the pages you visit, used to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.
Payment details
We never see or store your full card number. Card details are handled entirely by our payment provider, and we receive only a reference and the result of the transaction.
Why we hold it
To take and deliver your order, to answer support requests, to meet tax and accounting obligations, and — only if you ask for it — to send you our newsletter.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone except the suppliers who make the order happen: the payment provider, the carrier, and our email provider.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Newsletter emails carry an unsubscribe link in every message.
